Stunning views from the Twin Peaks, in San Francisco, is one of my favorite spots to set my easel and paint. Due to high winds in the City By the Bay, mornings and evenings are the calmest times of the day to paint. The eye can travel upon the city, toward the water of the bay, and get a glimpse of the light by the East Bay.
