Sea Ranch Woods - Oil on canvas, 36X48
Sea Ranch is my favorite spot in the Bay Area for free diving - the magnitude of the cold water ocean life, beautiful beaches, amazing ocean views, and breathtaking sunsets at the northern coast of Sonoma County has been ongoing inspiration for my "Sea Ranch" series in oils.
I am always experimenting and playing with many mediums to find the exact tool to express my creativity and voice. I enjoy feeling the thickness and heavy flow of oil, acrylic, and resin: these mediums are so different and alike at the same time. The biggest challenge for me is to find a unique mix of colors to achieve depth and vibration in my paintings.
